Transportation to Venue:
Free shuttle service will depart from the Embassy Suites Hotel Front Drive at 4:15 p.m. Please arrive a few minutes early in order to secure your seat.
For those who don't take the shuttle, the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm.
A shuttle will also be provided after the conclusion of the reception at 10:00 p.m. back to the Embassy Suites.
Self-parking is available onsite at Lake Oak Meadows.

We are so excited to be getting married here! Lake Oak Meadows is a fully functioning winery with acres of grape vines, trees, gardens, fountains, and a picturesque lake. A cocktail hour and reception will be happening at the SAME location immediately following the ceremony. (With all the traveling you're doing already to get here, we thought the less driving, the better!)
Both the ceremony and the reception will be taking place OUTDOORS, so please pay specific attention to the weather and plan accordingly. July in Temecula averages around 90 degrees, but after sundown, will drop to around 65. Also, there are a few areas that are unpaved, so ladies, take into consideration your shoe choice! And of course, wherever you are in sunny California, don't forget your sunglasses :)
